Two full-size bedrooms with big closets, a nice bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub, and a kitchen with new, full-size appliances including a dishwasher (no more tiny NYC apartment oven and fridge!). Lots of natural light with big windows in the living room and bedrooms. Central heat and A/C make the NYC seasons less brutal. Great train options with easy access to Williamsburg and Manhattan: 2.5 blocks from the J/Z at Halsey (Express during Rush Hour!), and a short walk away from the C at Rockaway and the L at Wilson/Bushwick-Aberdeen. The apartment is on the same block as the famed Little Skips Coffee shop and there is a big supermarket on the next block. There are really great restaurants a block away and some great Bushwick restaurants and bars are within a short walk or bike ride. There is easy street parking, a laundromat caddy-corner to the end of the block. The property has a true neighborhood feel. We accept dogs (upon approval and with a pet deposit), ideally who get along with our dogs! No cats (sorry, one of us is allergic!). Available 9/15/2022.
