The house is move in ready, and available for going inside by appointment. The blinds are open, so you can stop during daylight hours and look through the windows to see most of the inside. Info sheets are hanging in two windows with details and my phone number. Texting is quickest and easiest for me. 1-2 small pets okay. No big dogs. We do a minimum one year lease - not a short term rental. We do an application - $50 application fee, and do all of the normal rental screening. Good, verifiable rental history or equivalent is very important. We keep our houses nice, and fix things promptly. Renter is responsible for electric, and for maintaining the lawn/yard.
