In 2005 we replaced our old deck with a much bigger one, hoping to enclose a half of it. The lower deck has built in seating. The hall bathroom was just remodeled in 2007. Kitchen totally remodeled in 2008, new cabinets, countertops, appliances, granite sink, recessed lighting in soffit. Porcelin tile floors put in kitchen/dining room. Finished great room has gas logs in the fireplace, gas hot water heater, gas clothes dryer. Neighborhood Description We don't have children so we know nothing of the school system. Our neighbors are great... rare find nowadays. Since our home is on the cul-de-sac, we don't have much traffic at all! We have bbq's together with neighbors, and enjoy spending time with them playing cards.
