The Club House may be rented for private parties, weddings, etc. Each year, the Club and DPPOA will jointly sponsor a "Drum Point Day" social for all residents. Any resident who is a property owner in Drum Point may join the Club for modest fees and a one-time cost of $250.00 and a $25.00 transfer fee for (1) voting right plus annual dues thereafter (currently $150.00).
