Washer and dryer in the service porch for your sole use. Shared back deck and yard area. Parking spot currently first come, could be exclusive for an extra fee. Application fee $20. Rent $1550, Deposit $1550. No Animals. We strive to provide a safe environment for those with allergies and ask that you respect our needs. We will be there at 5:00 PM each evening during the week, but not on the weekends, to show you the apartment. We stay for about half an hour and can answer any questions at that time. No appointment is necessary. We start with a one-year lease that automatically becomes month-to-month at the end of lease period. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays electric and gas (PG&E and SMUD). We do run a credit report and require good credit, good rental references and adequate verifiable income of 3 times the rent. No smoking. No pets.
