Background check must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. - Must be a non-smoker. - Dogs of non-dangerous breeds are allowed. We do not accept cats. Pet move-in fee is $300 and pet rent is $25 monthly per pet. - Must be 18 years or older. - All people living in the home who are over 18 years of age must fill out an application. - Must fill out application completely. - Resident is expected to maintain exterior premises of the home. - If applicants are students with insufficient income or credit history, then parents of residents are required to co-sign on lease.
