It is full of charm with exposed brick walls, 10-foot ceilings, a decorative fireplace with candles and original hardwood floors. It's decorated in a minimalist style with touches of mid-century modern and industrial elements. There is a 43" Smart TV w/Roku in the living room. It has its own entrance which is only 8 steps up from the sidewalk. The bedroom is in the back of the floor plan which offers a quiet escape from urban life. In the bedroom, there is a queen size pillow-top bed, desk/chair and dresser. There is also a window air conditioner. Off the bedroom in the back, is a private (52sf) balcony with a Coleman grill, seating area and twinkle lighting for an evening outside. I love to cook, so the kitchen is set up with everything you'll need! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a shower and a deep tub for a great soak. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are in the unit also. The location is incredible! Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, yoga and spa services close by. It is a short 5-minute walk to many amenities. City Park, Chessman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens, are close also. Downtown Denver and the Performing Arts Center are easily accessible as well.
