Unfurnished. Only a 5 minute walk to The Cal Poly University. And 1.2 miles distance from beautiful Downtown Slo. It's a friendly neighborhood. The unit itself is spacious and kept up to to date with utilities such as a ac, a dishwasher, and electric stove. They have friendly staff that fix anything you need within your apartment and respond in a fast manner. Walking into the unit you have a closet and a very roomy and bigger than expected living area, The tile flooring downstairs makes messes easy to clean and has a beautiful color to match with the upstair carpet. Going into the kitchen there is room for a dining area with a view of the backyard. The stove is newer, clean, and works perfectly. You have access to an outdoor backyard area surrounded by trees. Upstairs you have a full bath which includes a bathtub/shower and a toilet and sink. The room is also upstairs which is my favorite part of the apartment. Bigger than the living room, with a beautiful and includes a lot of closet space that have clean mirrors over the doors. There is even room for another bed or even a couch in the bedroom.
