This is cozy studio / efficiency apartment for someone who needs to be close to UT but does not require a large apartment. It is in the lower level of a four unit apartment house. Quiet long term tenants in the other three units. There is a parking space at the rear of the lot off the alley. If you're at UT and need to move out of the dorm due to the Covid-19 situation, this apartment would fit the bill. We have multiple rentals in the Fort Sanders area and in Happy Holler, but this is our only vacant unit left. We would like to sign a 6 to 12 month lease and do not allow smoking inside the unit. Pets are ok, but a medium to large dog would not be suitable for this unit. One cat or one small dog would be possible. We charge a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
