We socialize and work together to care for the property and each other. Street parking and private access to property. Rent includes all utilities (sewer, water, trash, electric and gardener) except internet but the other tenant may be willing to share and spilt the bill. No laundry on site. Close to 8 freeway off the 2nd street exit. No drama, no wild parties...lots of fun and laughter. Gardeners, homesteaders and hippies welcome.
