Hello! I am moving out of state and have to leave my beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment behind! We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, so if you have any interest, please send an email with a little bit about yourself. About the apartment: - LARGE bedroom (you could fit two full-sized beds comfortably if needed) with an entire wall devoted to closet and storage. - Full bathroom with lots of storage and a shower/bathtub combo. - Living area is large enough for your typical living room furniture as well as a breakfast/dining area. I fit an entire dining table and chair set in a portion of this area with lots of space to spare. - Has a pool for the residents! The pool is cleaned weekly but residents are respectful and don't keep you up at night splashing around. - Kitchen has a stove with 4 burners, full oven, and large refrigerator. - Located on the second floor with little neighborhood noise. - A/C and a large ceiling fan in each room since it gets a little hot in Glendale in the summer. - Large windows that let in a lot of natural light! This apartment is large enough for a couple to live here and still feel like they have their own space. I can't recommend this unit enough! Cosigners/guarantors ok, but landlord prefers if your income is at least 2.5-3x the rent each month. Assigned parking spot is a possibility, but is an added charge each month. Tenant is responsible for gas & electric utilities, while landlord pays water & trash. Owner pays for trash & water. Tenant pays for gas & electric.
