The living room gets great natural lighting with views of the foothills across the street to the west, and the bike trail to the north. The front bedroom also has a west facing view. In all honesty this has been the best place I have lived in Boulder. The neighbors are incredible, the area is really unique, and the trails at the park across the street are great for running and all other park activities. If you're at all into mountain biking you'll be super close to Lefthand Canyon. *Pro tip swimming at Lefthand Creek in the summer is incredible.
