You're a 5 minute walk to the brand new Judkins Park Link light rail station and 5-10 minute walk to the the 14, 8, and 4 bus lines and surrounded my a number of parks and green spaces to walk around in and enjoy! There are two floors to this townhome, one set of stairs goes up to the bedrooms and master bath while a small set of stairs takes you from the entrance into the kitchen and living areas. The townhome hosts 2 bedrooms, each has a queen bed and one of which has also can serve as a home office with a standing desk and a great western view of the city and Olympic Peninsula. There are two bathrooms, one full and one half (downstairs), a washer and dryer, gas appliances, dishwasher, and essentials to cook at home. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-20 minute walk, I'm happy to provide recommendations! There are two townhome units on this lot, there is a shared wall but it's very quiet. This unit is up the driveway and in the back, it's sheltered from traffic on the street (which is residential and quiet anyways). 6-12 month lease options available. Due at lease signing are refundable security deposit, non-refundable cleaning fee, and pet deposit (if applicable).
