I have a 2 rooms for rent in my house: One on the 3rd floor and one on the 2nd floor. The rent for the 3rd floor room is $800 and the rent for the 2nd floor room is $1100 (largest room). The rooms are located in a very big house with 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 powder rooms. There are three other young professional guys living in the house currently. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, Fios internet, and cable, as well as a Plex server for your entertainment. The house is half a block away from the subway station, and a block away from East Passyunk square which is filled with tons of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and is a very prime location. There is a cleaning lady that comes once a month that cleans all the common areas and bathrooms as well that's also included.
