Relax in this spacious ground-floor King bedroom with desk and Roku TV and your own dedicated private bathroom that is a few paces outside the room. We are an Airbnb and there are a few other rooms in the home that may host guests or be rented out. We don't have many guest/bookings and we prefer peace and quiet. The home is cleaned on a daily basis and professionally deep-cleaned regularly. The host and a shy resident cat reside in the home in their own private suite. The cat does not roam around the home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Our next door neighbor has large dogs that bark if you're in the backyard. The living room has a large sectional couch in front of a TV & electric fireplace. The front of the home is a large game room. The backyard has outdoor furniture & the "high desert" air - pure of pollutions and toxins. You also have access to the home's open kitchen and dining area and upstairs laundry facilities. The home is kept clean and we expect anyone staying to be (1) comfortable with Airbnb guests. We vet all guests and make sure they're safe because safety is our is our number one concern. And (2) maintain and keep the room and bathroom clean, smelling clean, and all shared areas that they use or access clean. Clean up behind themselves. We expect them to prevent their pet from damaging the furniture in anyway. Any damage may be charged to the tenant or deducted from their security deposit. Any complications or violations of these may result in termination of the lease. We can extend the lease if the tenancy is a really good fit. We love peace and quiet and creating a safe and warm environment for people to feel comfortable, go about their life in peace, and feel respected. We are seeking folks who'd thrive in this space.
