The following breeds are excluded: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Shiba Inu, Akita, Doberman, and Husky. A photo of your fur baby will be required prior to final approval. Non-refundable deposit per cat or dog is $300. Monthly pet rent is $25/month per cat or dog. Security deposit: $3,950 at the time of signing the lease, fully refundable.
