(Downtown is a mile away). The 36 and 60 bus lines are close by; light rail is a 15-minute walk away. Biking is great - the Mountains to Sound trail is a minute away (for biking to the east side), and Capitol Hill is a 12-minute ride if you catch all red lights/ 8-minutes if you don't. If you drive, we're close to I-5 and I-90 and the street parking is plentiful. Although the studio has a separate entrance and kitchen, it is part of a big house and we'd like someone who would enjoy being part of our household (at least occasionally).
