Ultra quiet yet walkable to the best parts of State St. (Granda, Arlington, Paseo Nuevo, as well as The Mission, The Bowl, The Beach, etc) It's available as soon as now, and as late as mid January. Terms are month to month or yearly lease, up to you. Pricing is between $3700 and $4950, depending on length of stay and whether you want it furnished or unfurnished. Dogs are welcome as long as they don't look like they want to eat me. Please no crazy rage'r people as this is a wish-upon-a-star-silent neighborhood at night. The house is super fun for entertaining, as the sunshine room is quite big (large enough to easily house a six-seater sectional sofa plus an eight seater dining table and still have plenty of room left over) and the kitchen is big enough for those parties that always end up in the kitchen. Bedrooms are large, and each comes with a walk in closet - unusual for a 1920s home. Hardwood floors throughout means you don't live in someone else's carpet-hidden crumbs.
