We try to make each other's lives easier! Rent includes use of the laundry room, and kitchen privileges. Water, sewer, garbage and internet are included in the rent. In addition to central air conditioning, each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep your space the temperature that you would like. There is a park adjacent to the back yard for exercise and socializing with friends and neighbors. We are close to many shopping opportunities, including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Winco.
