This is a room for rent in the top unit. room is 8.5x11, it will fit a full-size bed well, and a queen would be tight. shared space with two other tenants, has one bathroom and a kitchen, along with living room space. rent is $600 a month, utilities are 25% of the monthly amount for that unit ($25-$60 usually, towards 50 in the summer with A/C usage). I do an application and background check, a $50 non-refundable fee, or the zillow application. I need employment verification and recent rental history. lease terms are flexible, will discuss upon completed application.
