Our beautiful basement apartment was finished less than a year ago, and we would love to find a great couple or small family to enjoy it : ). It's available for a January 1 move-in, with utilities and wifi included! The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with washer/dryer hook ups, pantry and understairs storage. The two bedrooms have large closets and amazingly soft brand-new carpet (I wish we had it upstairs ; ). There is plenty of off-street parking for two cars/trucks next to the house with a lighted walkway and private basement entrance. The included pictures are good, but nothing like seeing it in person - call or text to schedule a time to visit. Utilities and wifi included! 1 yr lease.
