It offers the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. The interior includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a flexible extra room with a laundry hookup that can serve as a home office, hobby space or as another bedroom, given that it has a large closet. Beyond the plentiful storage found throughout, the unfinished basement features a large pantry, a dedicated closet, and a built-in workbench, with a convenient half bathroom completing the space. The bathroom is in full working order; however, we did not list it as having two bathrooms, given the fact that the space is unfinished and the bathroom reflects that. You can enjoy a large, partially fenced-in backyard, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and a detached garage provides convenient parking and storage. This home has been in our family, since my Mom's Grandparents' moved into it the summer after her senior year of highschool in 1976. We are looking for genuine people, who truly are looking to make a home for themselves in a place that is so special to us. No pets allowed, please. Rental requirements will include standardized criteria for income (e.g., 3x rent), credit score (e.g., 600+), rental history, employment, and background checks. The lease must be for a minimum of one year in the hopes of having long-term lessees, who truly want to make this their home. The monthly rent is $800 with a one time deposit of $1,200 prior to moving in. In order to fulfill all of the rental requirements, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee per adult occupant. However, if you apply on here (a.k.a. Zillow), and pay the $35 per adult occupant, then that will be deducted from the application fee. I suggest just contacting me, Jada (the property manager/Owner's daughter), ASAP to set up a time to tour the home, so that you can see it in person and then we can meet one another. This is a one-year lease and at the end of the year both parties will determined if they want to agree to another year lease verses the lease automatically becoming a month+to-month.
