Tenant will pay all utilities and take care of the yard (once a year yard clean up will be included in rent). Available July 1st. Up to two dogs and one cat allowed, but must be discussed prior to approval. No pet rent or pet deposit- included in posted rent and security deposit. One year lease with option to renew.
