Looking for 2 people to rent the first level of the house. This is a newly renovated house with all new appliances. Only a 10 minute walk from the village and Ball States campus. It is at the end of a street so it is a fairly quiet area. Large yard space. Full basement with washer and dryer included. Mostly furnished. Street parking in addition to a gravel lot. Rent is really good for the area. This is technically a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, but we are a very young married couple (just graduated), and will be living on the second level. We would only share the kitchen and family room! Looking for year long renters (August 2022 through July 2023). All utilities and WiFi are included in the monthly rent for a flat rate of $425 (per person). Rent must be paid by the first of the month. No smoking. Willing to have 1 pet at landlords discretion.
