Join us for some fun in the sun near the beach in the village of Balboa and the City of Newport Beach, California. Conveniently located between the Balboa Pier and Newport Pier and near Balboa Island and Fashion Island and Newport Center, our back unit is ready for you to enjoy year around or by the month. With a fully stocked kitchen (you just need to bring the food), bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas, you are ready to hit the beach. Newport Beach is 100 miles north of San Diego and 50 miles south of Los Angeles and is boarded by Huntington Beach, Irvine, and Laguna Beach. This property is located in Newport Beach, the riviera of California. We are both working professionals and have designed this unit for the same. Wether you are here to work and play; or are here to play and work, this is a great place for you. Everything is new and we have tried to provide everything that you'll need for your work or play stay. What we haven't provided can be rented by a local shop (ie surfboard, boats, paddle boards, etc.) All you need to bring is food and the fun and a suitcase of clothes. We live here full time in the front unit. The rental is in the back of our house so we will be here if you need anything. Between us is a small patio with an attached wine bar that can be used by simply asking. Drop us a note if you have any questions.
