Renter is responsible for Gas and electric directly with utility companies. Deposit and first month is due at signing. 12 month lease. All persons over 18 must apply and be on the lease. Renter is responsible for front and backyard maintenance, also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues. There is to be no smoking in the house (of any kind). No crime, illegal activity or business of any sort is to be ran out of this dwelling. There are no pets allowed.
