This is a very large floor plan with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms at opposite ends of apartment making it ideal for roommates or those who wish a guestroom/office far from the main bedroom. Private covered deck has door from living/dining area. Kitchen is huge with disposal, dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, and externally venting range hood with light. (Limit two per apartment) There is a bus stop almost directly outside building for those who wish to not own a car. There is a current utility subsidy fee per occupant in building of $89 each month which covers sewer, water, garbage, compost, recycle. Hazardous waste and electronic recycle. Free bicycle storage room with private entry from street. Individual Storage rooms are also available in the parking garage. This building has many long term occupants that have been there for decades, some since building was new. Management tries to keep rents below market and annually adjusts rents only every July for entire building with goal of being 5% below market. So, you never have a surprise rent increase. Our rents are always a very good value for the size of the apartment and location. Management publishes all base rents annually and operates with total transparency. We write one year leases that revert to month-to-month after a year. Applications can be emailed prior to showings if requested.
