Lovely home with no new remodeling since the 1970’s when the kitchen and baths were redone. But the quality of the 1908 construction gives it character and aesthetics as well as comfort. The large porch, the big yard, the concrete blocks make it feel more like a fort than a home. The only thing we have done since moving in was to remove the carpets and paint the den, as well as decorate to our taste, although it looks different it is minimally changed.
