Merritt Park Community is where you will find this adorable unit! It is LIKE new and shows very well. It is an end unit and has a lovely front porch and back covered porch all overlooking the wooded area. The city of North Myrtle Beach has so many activities throughout the year – Free Summer Concerts on Main Street and NMB Park Complex (just a mile down the street) – Many festivals and parades throughout the year! There is so much to choose from – or you can do nothing and head to our lovely wide beach with a great book. Little River Waterfront also host the famous Blue Crab Festival every May – Which brings many thousands of visitors for some Crab, Crafts and Fun. So, living here is great – the weather is perfect year-round! We have sunbathing, golf, boating, fishing, - just to name a few! So if you are looking to live here permanently or need a second home to visit when you need to get away from snow! You have found it! No renovations needed here – Hurry up – this GEM will not last long!
