It has everything you could want Washer, dryer and laundry sink New bathroom with rolled marble floor and Kohler fixtures, New kitchen with stainless steel appliances (Bosch oven and dishwasher, LG 36" French Door refrigerator with lower drawer freezer) Central A/C and heat, Working original fireplace, Original pine floor which has been hand scraped and refinished, A natural slate patio You really don't find apartments like this for rent.
