The bedrooms have newer flooring. The master has an ensuing, there is a jacuzzi bathtub in the other bathroom. The unit also had all windows replaced about five years ago. There is an enclosed backyard area with a dog run and you also have a front yard area. The rental comes with two off street parking spots. We are ok with a cat or a small well-behaved dog. We cannot have dogs that bark excessively (especially when you're gone) as there are other people who live and work on this property. The unit is a one block walk to Beacons Beach, we are right behind the 101 so if you love the Leucadia lifestyle this is perfect for surfers and beach people. Aside from rent, there is an electric bill to pay for this unit. The unit will be available September 1, we can begin showing it on Sunday sept 23 between 12 and 4 pm. Please take into consideration we will still be working on the unit and getting it ready for the next few days. One year lease with option to extend and continue after one year. We can do a six month lease if needed. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays rent and electric bill. If you have a pet and show proof of rental insurance you do not have to pay a monthly fee for the pet.
