The room is approx. 300 sq. ft (it's huge!) and easily accommodates two women. Single room rent is $1400/mo and if the room is shared, the rent is $1050/mo each on individual leases. Rent includes all utilities, ATT fiber internet, and weekly house cleaners. Our home has many bedrooms with mostly female undergrad and graduate students.
