COMPLIMENTS FROM PREVIOUS RENTERS As a traveling RN, this property was located in a great area- close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of activities located close by. It was clean and cozy, with all the essentials provided. Perfect "just bring your clothes" set up. The landlord provided cleaning supplies and a plethora of linens. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I never felt unsafe even at night. Laundry room is a few steps away.- Textine, Seattle. I moved to LA to take a job at UCLA and needed a short-term place to stay when I arrived, while I looked for permanent housing. This place really was perfect. Jerry was very welcoming, going so far as to stock the fridge when I arrived, and checked in regularly to make sure I had what I needed (I stayed for a month). The studio itself is a nice little unit in a very nice complex, and the location is killer. Right off 3rd street, close walks to great restaurants and coffee shops, near the Farmer's Market and Grove and a 20 minute drive to UCLA. Also very close LACMA. I really recommend this place.- Michael. This was a cute, clean, comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The apartment had everything I needed. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, The Original Farmer's Market, grocery stores and other shopping all easily walkable from the apartment. Jerry was an exceptional host always helpful, pleasant and available. I hope to be back! Mariel I have called this gem apartment home for the last 8 months while on assignment at Cedars! Walk to work, walk to the Grove for movies and groceries, walk to Target. All the little conveniences ones needs are provided in the studio and Jerry and his family are quick to respond to any requests. This place was a perfect fit! Thank you for everything. We won't be moving until the end of August so will stay in the apartment until then. Needless to say, we've loved living here and have always been so grateful that you both have immediately dealt with everything we needed. The usual. Nothing onerous.
