Brand new stainless steel appliances (range, dishwasher, and fridge) in late 2024 and new HVAC in 2022. Currently there is no in-unit washer/dryer, but I am willing to have one installed but the rent will increase to $1700 per month. Security deposit of one month's rent. Private owner - not a property management company! Pets considered (additional deposit required). Owner pays water/sewer/trash as part of HOA. If it is ever a separate charge from HOA fees, tenant will be responsible for it. Tenant pays electric and wifi (and must set up accounts with vendors).
