The neighborhood The Harbor, Yacht Harbor, Crow's Nest or Johnny's for dinner is in walking distance. Tuesday night are neighborhood night and most all the restaurants have a locals discount, Wed nights is sailing races out of the harbor, Thur night is our local beach concert with a live band outside of the Crow's Nest & Friday night beach concert at the Boardwalk. Live like a local One other key element is our neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and we watch out for each other. If you need to borrow an egg, coffee or a cup of milk.....not a problem. Just get to know your neighbor We have permit parking, May thru mid Sept, so everyone who lives here parks here.
