This is THE STRAND. One of the best beaches in Los Angeles! The building is a beautiful post and beam, with vaulted wood beam ceilings, large loft, skylight with contemporary fixtures and appliances. Tons of sun and Southwest exposure. We are within walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, Rose Avenue and Abbott Kinney in Venice. All of this and the ocean within a few steps. The neighbors on our charming tree lined street are polite, friendly and respectful. This unit is a gem. Water and trash collection are included.
