This is THE STRAND. One of the best beaches in Los Angeles! The building is a beautiful post and beam, with vaulted wood beam ceilings, large loft, skylight with contemporary fixtures and appliances. We're just finishing paint and some details but it will be ready in a few days. Southeastern exposure viewing the Santa Monica hills and gardens opposite the beach. We are within walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, Rose Avenue and Abbott Kinney in Venice. All of this and the ocean within a few steps. The neighbors in our building and on our charming tree lined street, are polite, friendly and respectful. This unit is a gem. Water and trash collection are included.
