The Zen Den features a private pool with a sun shelf and waterfall, an on-demand spa for up to 10, and a covered outdoor kitchen with a large built-in gas grill and farmhouse-style sink. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen offer the ultimate entertainment experience with high-end stainless kitchen appliances and a fully outfitted kitchen for gourmet meals. The Zen Den has parking for two vehicles, and guests can access the community pools and private beach walkovers. However, bikes, beach gear, chairs, floats, towels, toys, cabanas, and coolers are not included, although information on preferred vendors is available upon request. Reserving the Zen Den grants access to the four community pools in Rosemary Beach and the private gated community beach walkovers. The community offers unique features to be discovered by strolling through the boardwalks and streets. Rosemary Beach prohibits the use of golf carts or street-legal vehicles in the community. The entire property is available except for a few owner lockouts. A damage insurance policy of $12.00 per night will be added to the reservation if not included in the platform calculation. Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance as refunds are only given in the event of a mandatory evacuation issued by county leaders, with affected nights refunded less processing fees up to 10%.
