The house is located on a corner lot with a large front porch and large fenced in front yard, it also has an attached one car garage with hookups for a washer and dryer. this cozy and comfortable home is freshly painted throughout with new windows and new laminate flooring. The house will be rent ready approximately January 1, 2026. Our leases are month to month, we require deposits plus first months rent due at time of move in. We offer an all bills paid option up to $250/month all overages are due on the billing cycle month and paid to Country Investments. Utilities include gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash.
