Our house is a four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house in the Forestbrook area. Large fenced in backyard. Our daughter has the upstairs loft area and bath but is often at work, so you won't see a lot of her. The downstairs primary bedroom is very spacious. It has new flooring, an en suite bath and a large walk-in closet. There are two smaller bedrooms with an adjoining bath on the ground floor as well. Those bedrooms are both carpeted and have been freshly painted. The common areas of the house include a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room. Those areas are furnished. The bedrooms are not. The community has a pool that you would of course be able to use. 12 month lease No smoking in the house. Pets may be considered.
