Mast Bedroom in Central Manhattan Beach Condo 2 Story unit in 6-unit building. Street parking. I have the master bedroom for rent in this 2 story condo. The room is about 12 x 14 with vaulted ceilings upstairs. Closet is about the length of the wall. There is other storage space through condo if needed? Both bedrooms are upstairs as well as the washer and dryer. There is a 5 x 15 foot private patio off of your bedroom. Downstairs is the living room, dining room and kitchen. I pay all the utilities and don't ask for a deposit but just ask you to give me a weeks notice upon vacation. There is free WiFi which I pay for as well as Time Warner Cable with your own connection in your bedroom. You are more than welcome to utilize the kitchen or watch my 60 in LCD TV in the living room. No pet allowed, sorry. Also Manhattan Beach just passed a new law that prevents you from even smoking on your own patio in multi unit properties so no smoking allowed. I own a small business which keep me busy most of the time either on the road or at my PC. Condo is mostly quiet. Text me for more info.
