Pets are allowed however there is another indoor dog on the premises that is kept in the fenced area of the yard if ever outside. You'll have private parking for up to 3 vehicles, with a little lawn in the front (maintained by the owners.) Located in the heart of Downtown Oregon City, it is central to all this historic town has to offer from great restaurants to antique stores, parks, and historic sites. You'll be a short 3 minute drive from the I-205 making it quick and easy to get you wherever you need to be in the greater Portland area. We live in the upper unit and are very considerate of our tenants below, we have 5 stars on Furnished Finders and Air bnb. We pay for garbage and we are okay with sharing Wi-Fi. You are responsible for water/sewer and electricity. We can handle the bills and pass on the amounts to you or you can pay PGE for the power. Water is stuck being split due to only 1 meter for both units. Max 2 pets. No smoking allowed. Yard maintained by owner. Month to month with 30day notice or 1 year lease available.
