Two tranquil bedrooms with a king bed and memory foam mattress on each. Also, two comfortable Lucid Brand 4" queen size memory foam tri-fold mattresses stored in closet, perfect for younger folks. Large, comfy living room with huge couch and TV with basic cable and an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to log-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. For summer stays, please note this home does not have air-conditioning, but we do have ceiling mounted fans as well as movable floor fans. The home is very well insulated and protects the indoor cool air on warm days. This home shares the property with our charming 1 BR 1 BA guesthouse, "The Bungalow," that we also rent. Each rental has its own separate outdoor entrance and private yard. The house is yours. That includes the deck with Mt. Rainier view and a fenced yard with patio table set. Due to the nature of this being a mid-term/ short-term rental, viewings/tours are not generally feasible. Fully furnished and includes all utilities, basic cable and internet.
