Looking for someone to sublet my room in a great location and conveniently located in Dinkytown! This 2nd floor, unfurnished room is in a very big house (about 15 other rooms) right on the corner of 7th St. SE and 14th Ave. SE. There are 2 shared kitchens, bathrooms, and a shared living area in the basement with laundry facilities. Parking is available for an additional $50 a month (I currently have a spot which could be yours if you so desire). All utilities are included in rent, except internet; however, I am currently in a group sharing internet, and you would be able to take over my place for $10/month. Overall, it's a fairly quiet house right in the heart of Dinkytown. About a 6-8 minute walk to U of M East Bank campus, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (to catch the 3), and about a 8-10 minute bus ride to U of M West Bank campus. Very convenient location for any U of M student. Dates for move-in are flexible and negotiable. Sublet would be through September 1st, 2015. Also, unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
