The kitchen and master bedroom were redone right before we bought it in 2014 and they are amazing! There is a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Our backyard also has a sand volleyball court, is huge and great for kids to play in. Also the house is just a 15 minutes walk from Bear Creek Park and Red Rocks Open Space. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
