Manager does not live onsite. This is a small building and houses ( 8) 1 bedroom units, all high end remodels. All units are remodeled the same and all units except for one is the same size and same layout. Video of this unit available once I get the chance to speak with you. Live showing are available, same day showing are denied as my tenant is still in the unit. My showing times are pretty limited as I also work full time managing our family heating company. This deposit is only non-refundable if approved and tenant does not move forward with lease signing. All prospective tenants must have great credit, clean background and greatverifiable rental history. You will be asked if you would be willing so sign a lease that would term out at the end of March 2023. My time is extremely limited in the winter and I don't rent apartments from October - March. This tenant is breaking her lease, so by law I have to get it rented.
