You can take the free city bus directly to UNM and UNM hospital. The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are very nice as well. I have a huge two story 1 bedroom condo for lease. It's in a great location on the lomas bus line near the sandia foothills. There is a huge private back yard, a nice balcony with great city views. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the living room and kitchen are downstairs. There is plenty of off street parking. I do not allow pets, no cats or dogs please. You pay gas and electric, I pay water sewer and trash. Rent is only 1200 first last and deposit to move in.
