Must have 2-year verifiable employment record, monthly income equal to 3x the rent, credit score 700 or above, and positive rental record. Tenant(s) must maintain renters' insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability. All adults (18 and older) must be on the lease, fill out an application, and pay $45 RHAWA nonrefundable screening fee for Seattle Premium package.
