Very Nice remodeled 2-3 bedroom Ranch with garage, basement & fenced in back yard in great neighborhood - Previously fully remodeled, this 3 bedroom 1 3/4 bath ranch style house for rent is perfect including the 6 foot wood privacy fence in the back yard that is fully enclosed! This has not been redone, but it is fully functional. The house also has an attic fan (not new, but works) We provide the fridge, stove and dishwasher. A deposit equal to the rent is required.
