Hi there, I'm looking for a good fit for a tenant for my Vegas home in the historic Huntridge Neighborhood. Renting 2bed/2 baths UNFURNISHED, except for the kitchen. Kitchen has everything you would need in the kitchen (cookware, utensils, plates, etc.) There is a small third bedroom, but its locked and being used to store my personal furniture, which is why the house is listed as 2 bed/ 2 bath. You will not have access to the third room but I will also NOT be living there during your lease. Lease starts in May with a min 6 months, and will have an extension option if it's working out well. $1900/month No pets/no Smoking on property. It's a really great house and has a very calm feeling to it. Looking for non party people who will take care of it like it's their own. It's ideal for someone just moving to Vegas who doesn't have a lot of things and needs help getting started. The yard is huge and has a raised bed for a garden with irrigation. I would love someone to use it because the previous tenants were not gardening and most of the garden is empty now. There's a pomegranate tree and a gorgeous 50' eucalyptus tree. All fenced in. I'm just minutes from downtown freemont near the arts district. The Huntridge Theater is two min away walking and so are a bunch of restaurants and shops. I love my location. It's close to everything but also relatively quiet. I'm not looking for party people. This home is calm and well taken care of, and I'm looking for a tenant who will care for it as if it were their own. Interviewing potential tenants next week.
