The unit also has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, bathroom in each bedroom and it comes partially furnished with a couch, chair, coffee table, counter chairs, and a flat screen TV. It’s hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom and carpeted elsewhere. The building was built less than five years ago. Pets are allowed with a thirty dollar monthly pet fee/ pet unless you have emotional support animals. The location is down the road from jack trice stadium, so very close to campus.
